She said that he was willing to give her an extra US$1 million if she did so, writes the complaint. The social media personality then said she was promoted to chief of staff for a few of his companies by September 2022, with an income of US$4 million – but was fired just a month later and alleges she didn’t receive the US$3 million severance pay that was promised.

US media reported that West has labelled the accusations as “baseless” and “blackmail”. “Before her termination as an assistant, Ms Pisciotta stole his mobile phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved,” his lawyers alleged, notes the source. “She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money [including a US$4 million annual salary] and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct.”

His lawyers claimed that Pisciotta sent Ye “unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives and was seen twerking in the office during business hours” and offered him “sex on his birthday”, which he allegedly turned down, adds the source. West’s lawyers noted that he plans to file a lawsuit against his ex assistant, though it’s unclear if it has been put through yet, writes the article.
